The Enugu State High Court, directed by Justice K.I. Okpe, has controlled the Inspector-General of Police, Adamu Abubakar, from capturing the state Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Ben Nwoye.
Nwoye had moved toward the court to look for a controlling request following determined calls from agents of the IGP Response Command from the power home office, Abuja, requesting that he report.
The suit, checked E/228/2020, which our reporter located on Monday, had Dr Ben Nwoye; the APC Legal Adviser, Benjamin Nebe, and the APC state Administrative Secretary, Evarestus Asadu, as candidates, while the Foreign Affairs Minister, Geoffrey Onyema, his own Assistant, Flavor Eze, the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, and the official in-control IGP Intelligence Response Team Command were recorded as respondents.
Equity Okpe stated, "It is therefore requested as follows: That a request for between time directive is thusly conceded to the candidates controlling the respondents whether without anyone else, their operators, men, officials or privies from capturing, keeping or in any way limiting the candidates' privileges to individual freedom and opportunity of development pending the meeting and assurance of the considerable movement on notice.
"This suit is additionally suspended to 6/5/2020 as next bring go back."
