The Nigerian Government has warned citizens of the danger of sharing face masks among themselves.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Boss Mustapha gave the warning during the daily briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 on Tuesday.
“The PTF is now aware of the practice of sharing masks. It is very risky to share masks,”
Mustapha said.
The SGF reminded Nigerians that there were a lot of sacrifices to be made as the COVID-19 pandemic persists.
“I wish to remind Nigerians that there is still a lot to be done and investments to be made,”
“We shall continue to put in place strategies and measures targeted at flattening the curve of the virus spread.”
